SONG SALES

Rights and split.

This is the agreement an artist must accept before songs can be played or offered for sale. It does not clear a song by itself.

• You own the recording and the song, or you have written permission from every owner.
• You are responsible for samples, beats, publishing, and any royalty that is owed. Fly Fantasy does not pay those for you.
• You will not upload music you do not have the right to sell.
• If a song is sold through the Fly Fantasy store, the artist receives 70 percent of the profit and Fly Fantasy receives 30 percent.
• You can turn song sales off. Songs already sold stay sold.
