This policy explains how Fly Fantasy Magazine & Media handles information on this website, including artist and model profiles, galleries, booking inquiries, community submissions and customer communications.

Information you provide

We receive the information you submit through accounts, profiles and forms. Depending on the feature, this includes your name, email, optional phone number, location, talents, biography, photographs, links, music, event details and booking requirements. Please submit only content you have permission to share.

Public profiles and private contact details

Approved profiles and listings display the information intended for publication, such as a display name, talents, biography, photographs, public links and event details. Visitors can view and copy public content. Profile email addresses and optional phone numbers are excluded from public listing responses. Inquiry contact details are used to review and respond to your request.

How we use information

We use submitted information to maintain accounts, review and display approved content, support profile editing, respond to inquiries, arrange requested services and investigate technical problems or misuse. Booking inquiries are requests for follow-up; submission alone does not confirm a booking.

Website storage and service providers

The website uses Wix services for account and website functions. Hosting and account providers may process technical information, including connection and device details, under their own policies. Your browser stores profile editing keys and session information so website features can work. Protect your device and do not share private editing links or keys. Clearing browser storage can affect access to editing.

External media and links

Pages may link to or embed services such as YouTube or other media providers. These services can receive technical information when their content loads and may use their own cookies. Their privacy policies govern how they handle that information. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some features may stop working.

Sharing information

Public submissions are shared with website visitors after approval. Information needed to operate website functions is processed by the relevant service providers. We may disclose information when legally required, to address misuse or to protect rights and safety. Private contact details are not included in the public artist or model directory.

Customer photo pickup

Public portfolio galleries are visible to everyone. The Photo Pickup entry point is not currently a working private delivery service. Do not submit confidential customer photographs to a public gallery. Any private delivery service must have its access controls in place before customer images are made available there.

Website assistant

The automated guide keeps a short chat history in your browser tab to support navigation. Use Clear chat to remove it. The website does not save assistant transcripts as booking inquiries. If AI topic matching is enabled, your question and up to six recent messages may be sent to OpenAI to select relevant website guidance. API response storage is disabled for these requests; provider processing and retention rules still apply. Submit private booking and contact details through the appropriate forms rather than the chat.

Live video sessions

The main public video lounge uses Jitsi. Hosted sessions use Zoom when available. Joining a room shares your display name and any audio, video or messages you choose to send with the video provider and room participants. Provider privacy terms apply. Camera and microphone access requires browser permission. Public room participants may see and hear what you share. Fly Fantasy does not add an automatic recording service.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide requested services, manage published content and resolve outstanding matters. Contact us to request removal. Some records may need to remain for legal obligations or in provider backups. Account access controls and private review functions help restrict access, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You can update your profile through the available editing tools. For access, correction, account assistance or deletion requests, email FlyFantasyMagazine@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the request without sending passwords. We may ask you to verify ownership before changing or disclosing account information. Copies of public material held by other websites or visitors are outside our control.
