MP3 sales agreement
This applies only if you choose to sell tracks. Uploading a profile does not put a song up for sale.
The current split is loading.
- You keep ownership of the recording, the song, the artwork, and your name.
- You give Fly Fantasy permission to host, stream, and sell the MP3 on flyfantasymagazine.com only.
- The permission is non-exclusive. You can sell the same track anywhere else.
- You confirm you own the recording and the song, or you already have the licenses needed to sell them, including samples, beats, and covers.
- Every artist who sells receives the same split. Only Fly Fantasy can change that rate, and a change applies the same way to everyone.
- You can stop future sales from your profile. Past completed purchases stay delivered.
- Agreeing once covers later uploads and edits. You will not be asked again on each song.
Magazine and store offers
A magazine feature or a store is a separate offer. Agreeing to sell MP3s does not enroll you in either. Each offer is accepted once on your profile.
