My Store agreement

You keep ownership of your name, photos, and artwork. You give Fly Fantasy permission to display, sell, and fulfill the products you choose to publish through your store on this site.

You confirm that you own the rights or have permission for every image and other design element you sell. Uploading a photo of yourself does not automatically mean you own the photographer’s copyright.

You can create your own products from the available list, save drafts, review previews and earnings estimates, and publish eligible designs without owner approval. Product availability and print-quality and fulfillment checks apply. You are responsible for complying with the content rules. No nudity is allowed. Artistic lingerie and swimwear are allowed under the site’s content rules.

You receive 80% and Fly Fantasy receives 20% of remaining merchandise profit after confirmed product costs, shipping costs offset by customer shipping payments, applicable supplier taxes, payment fees, affiliate commissions, refunds and order adjustments. Customer sales tax is excluded from profit. Before publishing, you see the base cost, selling price, minimum price, cost allowances and estimated earnings. Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated separately for customers at checkout. Earnings remain pending until payment and order costs are confirmed. Estimates do not guarantee earnings. Future split changes require advance notice and updated terms; earlier sales retain their recorded rate.

You can stop accepting new store permissions from My Agreements. This blocks new publication. To remove products already live, contact Fly Fantasy; existing orders still need to be handled.

Optional merch help is a separate request. It does not give permission to alter your images or publish designs you did not choose.
