Upload and image permissions
Uploading does not transfer copyright ownership. You keep the rights you already hold. Only submit work you own or have permission to use, including permission from the copyright owner and identifiable people where required.
Required for your profile
You grant Fly Fantasy Magazine a nonexclusive permission to store, review and display approved submissions on your profile and in the site's talent listings and carousels. We may resize, compress and crop for layout, without materially changing your appearance. Music permission covers playback on your profile. This permission covers future ordinary uploads under this agreement, but does not authorize merchandise, outside advertising or AI transformations.
Optional magazine and advertising choices
The profile form lets you separately permit editorial magazine features and promotional use in Fly Fantasy's advertising, social posts and promotional videos. Neither is required to join or maintain a profile. These permissions apply to the approved work submitted with that profile. Ask us before submitting material whose photographer or other rights holder has limited these uses.
Optional AI edits
AI transformations require a separate optional choice and a permitted destination, such as an opted-in magazine feature or promotion. We will obtain your approval of the final AI image or video before publication. AI edits may not create nudity, sexually explicit depictions, false endorsements or materially misleading portrayals. We will not use your submissions to train our own AI models; any external tool use must be covered by the separately approved project and its disclosed terms.
Merchandise requires its own agreement
Expressing interest in merch does not authorize a sale. Before any product is listed, you and Fly Fantasy must approve the exact design and a separate written agreement identifying the seller, permitted uses, price, costs, commission or royalty split, payment timing, refunds and cancellation terms. Upload permission and a photographer credit alone do not establish merchandise rights.
Content standards
Artistic photography, lingerie, swimwear and non-nude boudoir are welcome, subject to review. No nudity, visible intimate areas, sexual acts or sexually explicit material. No sexualized depictions of minors. Lingerie and boudoir submissions must depict adults who have consented. The same standards apply to AI images and replacement uploads. Rejected submissions receive an explanation, and you may request another review or submit a replacement.
Changing your choices or removing work
You may change optional choices in your profile form or contact FlyFantasyMagazine@gmail.com to withdraw permission or request removal. Withdrawal stops new uses after we receive it. We will remove material from online locations we control within 30 days where practicable. Printed copies already distributed and third-party reshares cannot always be recalled. Future merch orders and existing production are governed by the separate merch agreement. Limited private records may be retained for consent, transactions or disputes as described in the privacy policy.
We review submissions and replacement uploads before publishing them. Your existing approved profile stays visible while edits await review. Optional choices do not guarantee a feature, booking or income. Agreement version: 2026-10-06-fair.
